Star Platforms awarded ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

Following multiple audits Star Platforms has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 accreditations, proving its world-class service and processes in quality, safety, and efficiency.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system. The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement. Whereas ISO 45001:2018 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, and gives guidance for its use, to enable organisations to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving its OH&S performance.

Del Patterson, QHSE Manager at Star Platforms commented: “Following an in-depth auditing process we are delighted to have been awarded these ISO accreditations. It is a testament to the hard work of our staff, who continually go above and beyond to ensure excellence for our customers.”

Star Platforms was recently awarded the FORS Silver accreditation as well as the IPAF Rental+ Gold accreditation for the fourth consecutive year after demonstrating exceptional standards in quality and safety.
