IPAF Training Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your course more than 10 working days before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of £50.00 plus VAT.
• Cancellations made within 10 working days of the course date, or delegates who do not attend the training course on the scheduled date, will not receive any refund and will be charged the full fee.
• Delegate substitutions are allowed if you provide written notice before the course start date.

Genie Material Deliveries

• All orders received are processed as soon as possible, and we will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
• Unfortunately, we only offer delivery within the UK.
• Deliveries will be made by courier.
• We will keep in regular contact to ensure you are aware of the order process.

Genie Material Lift Returns

We take pride in the reliability of our material lifts. However, if you encounter any issues, please get in touch with us. Our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you and will do all we can to resolve your issue.  Due to the nature of our range of products, please be aware you will be liable for a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the order for returns.
