OverWatch uses advanced LIDAR and sensor technology to continuously monitor the operator’s position and movement. This intelligent detection ensures the system can instantly recognize unsafe scenarios, such as when the operator is at risk of entrapment, and respond before an incident occurs.

The system provides immediate feedback through visual and audible alerts. Multi-color LED indicators and voice prompts keep operators informed of potential hazards, helping them take corrective action quickly and confidently.

In the event of a detected crush risk, OverWatch automatically cuts machine movement – whether lifting or driving – by triggering an emergency stop. This rapid intervention minimizes the chance of injury and ensures compliance with strict safety standards.
