Star Platforms received FORS Silver reaccreditation

Following a recent audit of the transport operations, Star Platforms has been awarded the FORS Silver for the sixth year.

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme for fleet operators which aims to drive up standards within fleet operations and demonstrate which operators are achieving exemplary levels of best practice in safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.

The Silver accreditation confirms that Star Platforms employs good practices when it comes to its transportation operation, as well as complies with the requirements laid out by the FORS Standard.

Del Patterson, QHSE Manager at Star Platforms commented: “We are delighted to have once again been awarded the FORS Silver accreditation, showing Star Platforms’ commitment to go above and beyond not only for safety but also in efficiency and sustainability in our transport operations.

“As the roads continue to get busier, exemplary transport operations are becoming more important than ever. At Star Platforms we strive to always offer our customers the best service, and with this FORS Silver accreditation, we can prove our commitment to excellence. I would like to say a huge thanks to all of the team at Star Platforms who give the safety of our employees and the general public continued importance.”
