COVID-19 Update – We Are Fully Operational

In light of the recent government announcement regarding the latest lockdown measures, we can confirm we are open for business and delivering powered access machines daily.

We are fully committed to the safety of our customers, suppliers and colleagues and continue to adhere to internal measures and methods in order to minimise the risk of catching and spreading Coronavirus. These measures are in line with guidelines set out by the Government, NHS and WHO.

These include:

1. Staff are provided with the necessary PPE and we have increased our cleaning activities within our locations and company vehicles.
2. Machines are thoroughly cleaned prior to hire paying particular attention to machine controls, handrails, gate/entry points and other common touchpoints.
3. Contactless delivery & collection is achieved using our driver-app which records site location and photos of the machine.
4. Our team, including mobile engineers and delivery drivers, have been instructed to maintain strict social distancing rules.
5. Employees are encouraged and reminded to wash hands regularly and hand sanitiser is provided at each location as well as to mobile engineers and delivery drivers.
6. Where it is possible to do so our staff are working remotely, from home.
7. Facemasks are mandatory in the office and workshops areas where social distancing cannot be maintained.
8. Meetings are now conducted remotely

All IPAF Training will continue to take place with an eLearning module for the theory part and a practical half-day session at one of our depots.

We continue to monitor the situation daily and will adapt our processes wherever necessary to ensure the safety of all.
