Gold for Star Platforms

Star Platforms has successfully retained IPAF’s Rental+ Gold accreditation after demonstrating exceptional standards in quality and safety.

Introduced by the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF), Rental+ is widely recognised as the highest standard within the industry, providing customers with the assurance that a company is conforming to the latest standards and best practices. Companies that go above and beyond this standard are rewarded with Silver or Gold certifications.

To achieve the highest Gold standard, the entire business operations and procedures of Star Platforms underwent a rigorous independent audit. This not only reviewed the quality of the company’s premises, training services and access platform fleet, but also its processes on health and safety, its impact on the environment and its levels of customer service – all of which passed with flying colours.

Del Patterson, QHSE Manager at Star Platforms, said: “IPAF Rental+ represents the highest standard in powered access rental, so to get Gold is an incredible achievement and testament to the hard work and commitment of everyone within the company. The hard work does not stop here however, as we continuously look to improve our operations in order to be able to provide our customers with the very best experience.”

Star Platforms has now been awarded IPAF Rental+ Gold for the third consecutive year having first been awarded the accreditation in 2019.
