Having previously worked on projects at Brooklands Museum, the Star Platforms customer was approached again to help with an exterior drywash of the retired Concorde G-BBDG. They needed to ensure they had the right tool to do the job and turned to Star Platforms for help in accessing the iconic aircraft to carry out maintenance work.
After a brief discussion with the hire desk team, a Skyjack 6826RT scissor lift was selected. They could position themselves alongside the aircraft with precision and accuracy to complete the job to a high standard; safe in the knowledge no harm would come to the Concorde whilst they carried out their work.
