Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain QHSE compliance records and documentation
- Support audits and accreditations, ensuring all evidence is accurate and up to date
- Take ownership of PQQ completion, ensuring timely submission
- Review and update policies, procedures, COSHH assessments, and risk assessments
- Track statutory inspections, servicing and testing schedules
- Manage the ordering and recording of PPE and workwear
- Prepare QHSE reports and compliance metrics for management
- Support the QHSE Manager with ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a QHSE, compliance, or regulated administrative role
- Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, relevant QHSE standards and regulations, compliance documentation, audits, and accreditations
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Eager to expand knowledge and acquire new skills
Desirable:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
- IOSH Managing Safely (or working towards)
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
